Absolutely amazing!Mar 06, 2010
I have a french bulldog and a puggle. Both shed all of over my house! I bought this shampoo a month ago... I don't know what I did before it!
The shampoo lathers very well. The bottle suggests leaving the shampoo on for at least five minutes. I give my dogs a five minute massage with the shampoo on... they love it. You can feel the product working. The shampoo washes off easily. I also bought the furminator conditioner. It makes their fur feel really soft. I highly recommend buying the furminator brushes. My dogs have the blue colored one. I brush my dogs down after they get out of the bath. At that point, their hair is very loose from the bath. TONS of hair falls off of them. It's incredible. These products save me from vacuuming on a daily basis... and my dogs smell really good :)
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT IF YOUR DOGS SHED!

I will say first and foremost that im very impressed with this product for multiple reasons. I have two dogs(a jack russell and a german shepard), one that in the winter months seems to have sensitive/itchy skin. He always seems to be itchy. I first use the waterless one(which took a while to apply but ended with the same results as the regular shampoo). Then a week or so later (once it was warm enough to bathe outside) use the regular shampoo. A week later and multiple days playing and rolling in the dormant grass outside he still smells fresh and clean and his coat is still very silky. The shampoo has seem to help his itchy skin because it has all but stopped. But what me and the rest of us love is the fact that the amount of hair that he sheds has dropped off 90%(a year ago i purchased the furminator shedding tool and it works awesome). The combo of these two products will help reduce the amount of fustrating and aggravating dog hair. i will continue to purchase this shampoo and will truely recommend this product to others. this is coming from someone who was very skeptical at first

I did see more hair come out of my Shepherd mix in the tub, the lovely scent lasted for much longer than any other shampoo, and her hair is silky and healthy. It also worked on my cat who sheds just as bad.

I bought this for my 3 cats and 1 medium-haired dog. Not only do they not seem to mind the smell, I love it too! It smells like summer!! I have used it with the DeFurminator brush (AFTER they are dry of course!) and I have noticed a decrease in their shedding. The only downside was since the dye is blue you have to make sure if you put it on a light-colored coat animal that you massage it in quickly- we had a tough time rinsing the color out of our yellow dog the first time.

I love our two Golden Retrievers, but keeping up with the shedding is a never-ending battle. I purchased the large FURminator as well as the FURminator deShedding Shampoo. The FURminator did the best job of pulling out the undercoat I have ever seen as well as doing it with the least amount of effort I've ever used. Terrific invention. The FURminator deShedding Shampoo is unbelievable. It is a coconut base shampoo with plant proteins, herbal extracts, Vitamin E, Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, aloe vera and plant extracts. From what I can tell, it seems to be formulated with all natural ingredients. The directions say to leave it on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing. I was not thrilled with the prospect of trying to keep shampoo-lathered dogs from shaking lather all over the bathroom while this stuff sat for that amount of time, but both of them did really well. First off, the shampoo smells incredible. The dogs even seemed to like it. Secondly, among the herbal extracts are Calendula, Chamomile and Kava which may explain why they were so calm during their 10 minute wait. Last, but not least, they both looked absolutely beautiful and smelled fantastic when I was finished.
I highly recommend both of these products.
