Excellent product Apr 22, 2010
By Sue When I decided to groom my cocker myself, I thought I'd go the economy route and build my own grooming table, but when I found this product I determined that this would probably cost no more. It is also much better than a homemade product would have been. The table is foldable, portable, and well built. The top is covered with rubber, which keeps my doggy from slipping around on it and seems to make her feel fairly safe and secure. The arm is properly adjustable to many heights and the noose is also adjustable and works well. It's a good product at a good price, and I highly recommend it.

Disappointment Mar 23, 2011
By lovebear I ordered this table with high with great anticipation. Assembling the table was relatively easy. However, the table looked lopsided when left standing. One leg did not match the size or height of the other leg by more than six inches and there was no way to fix it. My husband contacted Midwest and we were asked to submit pictures. We did submit pictures and were told that the table was defective. We were sent another table. The table arrived, but that one too was unbalanced. Both legs seemed to match but one is slightly shorter than the other. The table wobbles substantially no matter where I put it. I have decided to use a piece of wood to balance the other leg. I now have one bad table and one not so great. Poor quality control!

Company service is good Mar 18, 2011
By Toxed2loss When this first arrived, the ties were undone and the arm had been ricocheting around in the box. No paper wadding. It punched a lot of holes in the box and scratched up the finish on the arm. I sent off my complaint. A month later a new arm arrived. Still had the same problem with the ties being undone, they must be putting them on backwards, and no stuffing. But there was less cosmetic damage to the arm as there wasn't anything to bang into. I'm pleased with the company's response to my complaint. I would suggest they add some crumpled paper to their packaging.
As for the table, I love it! I have a standard poodle puppy, who is at aprx 40 lbs. It is sturdy and doing a great job. The arm is a little short though. As she continues to grow, I can see where it won't be tall enough.
good table, 36 " arm is too short, great customer service Aug 10, 2011
By ALLEN L FEIN The company allowed me to promptly return this 36 inch Midwest grooming table, which came with the shorter 36 inch arm, and not the 44 inch arm which was listed in the product details on Amazon. My dog is a 38 pound Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, and the 36 inch arm is simply too short. The table is quite sturdy, though the bolts holding the legs to the table base could have been consistently more tight....there was a little wobble to the table that did not really pose any problem, but I suppose with time, the unit would wobble more with use. Such connecting parts could be very easily upgraded inexpensively if needed. The packaging that contained the table was very cheap cardboard that was damaged in many areas on arrival, but the table was ok apart from unexpected dustiness. However, the black paint of the grooming arm was chipped in many areas. Perhaps this was a returned item from another customer. The company informed me that they would correct the details online about the length of the grooming arm from the incorrect 44 inches to 36 inches. By the way, one can buy for about 10 dollars more, directly online from Midwest, this same 36 inch table with the longer 44 inch grooming arm....which is what I just did. The company does get credit from me for the kind and quick resolution to my problem, and they even paid for the return shipping.
better than expected Apr 03, 2011
By LJH Mac Tha Table is very sturdy, much heavier than expected. I just used it and my dog acted like she knew she was supposed to sit quietly and let me trim her hair.
