I was looking for a toy for my chocolate lab that would last more than a couple of days. I saw this football and after reading the reviews, purchased one. My dog loves to play football now. She loves the squeekers in her toys, but they always break. The Air Kong football still squeeks after alot of use. If it ever falls apart, I will be buying a new one.

Well I figured I would give these a go. Dogs tend to love anything that squeaks and of course the tennis ball feel brings back fairly good memories of lots of fuzzy broken balls.
I think it is important to stress that these footballs are not chew toys. They are designed to be interactive play between yourself and dog. So long as this is adhered to the ball will last a fair while.
my dogs LOVE this toy- the squeak and the bounce seem to captivate them. Pretty good price for the toy also.

Have a 100lb Boxer dog and this was his x mas present. He destroyed the toy in less than 5 hours. Ripped the cover off the Football then ripped in pieces the uncover part . Bad for big dogs!!!

It can squeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak for a really long time. My dogs love it, though occasionally we put it on a high shelf for "quiet time". Its great for a good play session outside!
It's not meant to be chewed on unsupervised, it's not a chewie. It had many, many hours of rough play before the felt eventually tore, but it had a good duration. Great value for the price, so I just ordered another.

We have a lab/shepard mix who is now 2 years old. She is 70 pounds and loves to wreck all of her toys. Normal tennis balls last about 1 hour and she absolutely loves them so I decided to get her the football. The football lasts for a few months before she finally destroys it. The material is far superior to a normal tennis ball; it is thicker and stronger. I keep a few around the house to get longer life out of all of them. She also loves the kong wubba.
