The cart is a great cart but the pull rope came apart during the assembly!!!! The assembly wasnt that difficult, but the rope, which is the main form of moving the cart has metal clip that doesnt hold, and in order to get it off the other side to get it repaired you have to take part of the assembly apart.

The wheels do not come attached. You must attach them yourself. The nuts and bolts bag contains washers and screw locks as well. The instructions do not even include the fact that there are washers or where to put them!
Otherwise, it's a fantastic product!

The parts bag enclosed with the cart was missing nuts, bolts and washers which prevented complete assembly of the cart. As another reviewer noted, the written assembly instructions accompanying the cart fail to reference the flat washers at all. The assembly instructions available on the manufacturer's website also fail to refer to the flat washers. The inability to complete assembly of the cart due to missing parts is frustrating, but the cart otherwise seems to be of good quality.
